Frequently Asked Questions

All of our biscuits & barkery treats will last up to four months at room temperature. Store in a cool, dry place. You may refrigerate/freeze your treats, but it is not necessary.

Cakes & Cupcakes are to remain refrigerated for up to 5 days. After that time span, freeze your cake/cupcakes for a later date. Please order your custom cakes/cupcakes 3-5 days in advance. We recommend picking up the day you plan to celebrate!

All our dog treats are made with natural & organic ingredients that are not only safe but good for your pooch. We offer Gluten Free, Grain Free, Nut Free, and Vegan options. We use rolled oats, oat flour, coconut flour, whole wheat flour, natural peanut butter, unsweetened applesauce, chia seeds, eggs, pure maple, bananas, blueberries, and pure pumpkin. Our ingredients are always listed on the back of our bags/treats.

Due to the perishable nature of dog treats, we do not accept returns. If you are not happy with your order or a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

From the time you place your order online, please allow up to 7 days for it to be shipped. Chances are it will ship quicker than 7 days, but that gives us some wiggle room during high volume times. If you need your treats by a certain date, please contact us so we know!
